Trained in Yorkshire, England, Natalie studied for three years to complete her Beauty Therapy, City and Guilds of London certification.  After working for beauty establishments in the UK for 10 years and following an inflight position with Virgin Atlantic airlines offering treatments to first-class passengers, Natalie moved to Victoria, BC. 

With experience working with an array of product lines, including Clarins, Guinot, Decleor, phytomer, Gatineau and GM Collin, Natalie worked at Le Spa Sereine as the Assistant Director.

In 2009, Natalie opened her own spa, pH7 in Fairfield.  Always providing true beauty therapy, Natalie's wealth of knowledge and beautiful spirit helps to meet her clients needs - whether is just to relax and be pampered or if there is a need to manage complex skin issues.
